10 Foods to Eat if You Want to Lose Weight

I’m really trying to get back down to the pre-baby size I was over a year ago. Part of my goal is to replace some foods I consistently eat (rice, fruit) with the healthiest types of these foods I can find. For example, switching to whole grain brown rice and eating more berries is the newest discovery I found during the research for this post! The following 10 foods are helpful when you are trying to lose weight. Incorporate them into your diet and see what happens! If you are trying to lose weight, almonds are the perfect snack. Almonds are full of protein, which helps stabilize blood sugar and prevents sugar cravings.

If you’re looking for a breakfast full of fiber, oatmeal is the best choice. Try to eat it plain or topped with fruit and honey.

Eggs

When it comes to eggs, boiled is best. The protein and vitamins in eggs make them a perfect food for weight loss. There is natural cholesterol, but doctors are saying that this may not be as unhealthy for you as once suspected.
